Nigeria Plans To Give All Nigerians a Digital Identity Within 5 Years.
The Nigerian President appointed Dr. Joe Abah to the steering committee to drive digital identification. His task is to give all Nigerian citizens a digital identity within the next 5 years. They plan on integrating other data that the Government holds such as the BVN, driver’s license, and passports.
