Abena Appiah, a Ghanaian-American model who was crowned Miss Universe Ghana 2014 and represented Ghana at the Miss Universe 2014 pageant is the current winner of Miss Grand United States 2020 and will be representing the USA at the Miss Grand International 2020 in Venezuela.
