How To Fry Egg Omelette

Eggs are highly nutritious. Eggs are consumed every day all around the world. Ghanaians love eggs, an average Ghanaian consumes more than 2 eggs a day.  We as Ghanaians love to eat eggs for breakfast, mostly with bread and porridge or tea.

In this article, I’m going to show you how to prepare fried egg omelette the simple way (even though frying an egg it’s self is simple) I’ll go straight to the point and show you how to make fried egg omelette. The first step is getting your ingredients ready.

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Green Pepper
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1/2 fresh Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 2 tablespoons of Oil

How To Fry Egg Omelette

Chop or slice your green pepper, onion, and tomatoes and place them in a bowl. In a separate bowl, Break in your 2 eggs, then add your chopped or sliced vegetables to your eggs. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and mix or whisk it very fast.

Pre-heat your fry pan on the stove ( a nonstick fry pan is preferred). Pour in the 2 tablespoons of oil, add a drop of the egg mixture to test how hot the pan is if it’s hot enough to fry whisk the egg mixture again and pour the entire mixture in the frypan.

After 40 seconds, take your fry pan spoon and flip your egg to the other side if it’s brownish in color. Wait for a few seconds and take the egg omelette off the fire unto a plate.
